国际商贸与管理学院是我校历史最悠久，办学规模最大的学院之一。学院在校生5200余人，拥有文学、经济学、管理学、工学四个学科设置，人才培养体系完整，开设商务英语、国际经济与贸易、国际商务、文化产业管理、酒店管理、工程管理、软件工程、计算机科学与技术、财务会计教育九个本科专业。

The School of International Business and Management is one of the oldest and largest schools of our university. With over 5200 students, the School offers four disciplines including literature, economics, management, and engineering. Its talent cultivation system is complete, and it offers nine undergraduate majors, including Business English, International Economics and Trade, International Business, Cultural Industry Management, Hotel Management, Engineering Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, and Financial Accounting Education.

学院为国家级协会理事单位，设有一个研究所，两个研究中心和三个跨学科研究团队。 学院是学校师资力量最强，最国际化的教师队伍之一。现有专业教师190人，企业导师22人。其中，教授、副教授及高级技术职称的教师占比22%；硕士、博士教师占比83%；专业教师中有国务院专家津贴获得者、重庆市学科带头人、硕士生导师、全国优秀教师、重庆市教学名师团队等，多数教师有海外留学或工作经历。

The School is a national-level association director unit, and has one research institute, two research centers, and three interdisciplinary research teams. The School has one of the strongest and most internationalized faculty teams in the university. It currently has190professional teachers and 22 enterprise mentors, among which 22% are professors, associate professors, and senior technical title teachers; 83% are teachers with master's and doctoral degrees; many teachers have won the State Council Special Allowance, the Chongqing City Discipline Leader, the Master's Supervisor, the National Excellent Teacher, and the Chongqing Teaching Master Team, and most of them have overseas study or work experience.

学院以“突出新商科新工科专业特色，强化应用型专业建设”为指导，培养适应区域经济社会发展所需要的高素质专业技术技能型人才。学院拥有多个的产教融合基地和众创空间，新职业培训项目丰富，助力大学生创新创业和高质量就业。 学院与国际国内大型企业合作，给学生提供高位就业机会；与企业合作开展专业实操技能培训，让学生毕业与创业、就业无缝对接；历年就业率保持在90%以上。

The School follows the guidance of "highlighting the characteristics of new business and engineering disciplines and strengthening the construction of applied majors" to cultivate high-quality professional and technical personnel who meet the needs of regional economic and social development. The School has multiple industry-education integration bases and co-creation spaces, and rich new professional training projects to help university students innovate, start businesses, and achieve high-quality employment. The School cooperates with large international and domestic companies to provide students with high-level employment opportunities; it also cooperates with companies to conduct professional practical skills training to ensure that students can seamlessly connect with entrepreneurship and employment after graduation. The School's employment rate has remained above 90% in recent years.
